New Goal: MLK Street in Pittsburgh

February 20, 2014

The Baptist Minister’s Conference of Pittsburgh call on the city officials of Pittsburg to name a street in the city in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Currently in Pittsburg there is a bus line named after the civil rights leader, but the Ministers agree that is not enough. In 2014 the Baptist Minister’s Conference of Pittsburgh plan to have a street in the city named in honor of MLK, this was presented to the public at their annual MLK Day Celebration.
